I started to read the book and couldn’t bring myself to finish it. A rare situation for me.

How interesting, mairdie. I had not realized it was a book too. Do you recall what made you not be able to get into it? Would or did the movie affect you that way?
Bought the movie to watch with a friend. After being turned off by the book, I never took the plastic off the movie and will give it to her.
