Western Pacific Kindergarten of Hong Kong is now on Waterloo Road, not Portland. The pic of walking man must have been taken a long time ago.
Darby, I was just about to post the same thing. The current location for the WPKG is on Waterloo. The pic that Q dropped is at the intersection of Portland and Hamilton. I’m inclined to believe the photo is a bit older as there aren’t as many signs hanging over the road in the Google maps images.
