In one of the articles I posted prior it appears that O’Neill was the high school counselor in 2006.

The Facebook contacts between Ramos and a girl who had gone to his high school when he was there took place in 2009 per this article:

Either or both of O’Neill and the girl may have had contact with O’Neill as early as 2006 or 2009 or later.
