I'm one of the afficianados of the HTML <pre> </pre> tag pair;

However, I've never figured out how to force line breaks/carriage returns/text wraps from within the FREditor -- without manually inserting them...

Help with that would be highly appreciated!!!

~~~~~~~~~~
I also am a user of the width="NN%" parameter for photos -- especially since it automatically scales the height to maintain correct aspect ratio,
Since I don't view my posts on a phone, I simply use widths that look "right" in the FREditor "Preview". Do you folks with phones have problems with 75% width?
PHONE USERS: What width % is the maximum that works for you?
ThanQ!!
Hi TXnMA!
The pre/pre thing worked GREAT! but you are right, it messes up the line break/wraps.
Since I am not at this time planning to attempt picture posting, I will let you get all the kinks out before making that attempt!
I’m so delighted that you are noting my plight and help is on the way!
[Did my post 13 screw up the whole thread? I truly didn’t know it would do that.]
I don’t use percentages because some of my pictures are 2000 wide. 75 percent of that is 1500. WAY too big.
I use flat width and the height automatically scales. I keep any picture for FR at 640 or under. width=640
If it’s going to fit in a normal page view the phone will handle it. Some stuff like long urls that extend to lunar orbit will take a page to particle collider debris size...
