I have been keeping up by reading the oracle and whatever pings I get, so I missed the discussion on Huber/jurisdiction.

However, I will point out that it does appear that there is a ratline/connection from Utah and other states. Illicit mining and smuggling of uranium likely through several states and involving many of the cabal. So the jurisdiction for that might very well be those states and not DC would it not?

Likewise, the trafficking through Long Beach, and Arizona. These people are criminals who don’t necessarily limit their criminal activity to the days when they are in DC.

At any rate, I do think Sessions is competent enough to be able to know the jurisdictional rules.

I agree. Criminal conspiracies, especially political and trafficking, can possibly cover many jurisdictions. Perhaps they could charge a low-level, peripheral individual in the consopracy and use him to establish jurisdiction away from some top dogs in D.C.

I think there may be many ways to "manipulate" jurisdiction and stay within the letter of the law.

Bottom line:

They got this. We can all stop belly-aching and worry warting.

TRUST THE PLAN.
