Statue of Limitations would be “moot”. There is no Statue of Limitations once the party is Indicted. There may be a question as to when they are notified. Same as a person charged with a crime. If that person disappears for a few years, the Indictment holds up the Statue. As with everything in Law, many variables and exceptions may apply!
