My brother-in-law is undergoing tests to determine if a mass on his liver is cancer, and if so, if its malignant. My first reaction (after prayer) is to plow through medical study write ups and I came across this.
This substance, nicotinamide riboside, is readily available on Amazon, and we just started taking this three weeks ago.
We will inform him of this potential option to share with his doctor.
It seemed to reverse this form of liver cancer and pancreatic cancer, but both in mice, only.

Indeed. My wife and I are trialling it to see if start to feel a bit younger.
There are several other supplements along these lines we are trying. They surround helping mitochondria and reducing Advanced Glycation End products (AGE).

It may work in humans too.
Nothing us certain, but I believe in trying things, especially when things are serious and there aren’t many or any good alternatives.
Good luck. I hope it works.

Perhaps, but lots of things cause (and cure) cancer in mice.

When you might have a cancer with a 5-year survival rate of under 20%, mouse studies provide a helpful option to explore, and might make you the first to prove it in humans, too.

Mind mentioning the other supplements you are trying other than NAD+?

I have not read the equivalents for people.
My wife and I are taking 150 mg a day, but the bottle says people can take 600 mg every day.
It is a B vitamin relative, so we generally excrete what we dont need, but it also means we cant make it, either.

After my mom died from pancreatic cancer, I saw a Vitamin D article about the benefits of Vit. D and cancer. I’ve taken it religiously every day since. Guess I’ll be taking the Vit B3 now as well. I’m confused how it is different from Niacinimide, which I have 3 new bottles of for my dog’s SLO. Interesting.

We arent taking NAD+, but this converts well into that.
We are also now taking:
- PQQ (20 mg)
- MitoQ (20 mg)
- Riboflavin-5-Phosphate (50 mg)
- Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate (100 mg)
- L-Carnosine (500 mg)
These are in addition to Ubiquinol (100 mg) which we already had. We take other items, but these are the new ones.

Perhaps, but lots of things cause (and cure) cancer in mice.I suspect many of the (mice) cancer cures don't work in humans because the FDA requires humans to undergo chemo first.

As converted ubiquinol (100 mg).
It helps allow the MitoQ to go where its needed mostdeep into the mitochondria where normal CoQ10 or ubiquinol rarely gets. MitoQ specifically targets where it is most needed 700-1000X more than the other two.

The big three for a long time have been: ALC, ALA, CoQ10.
Have you tried Carnosine?
