When you might have a cancer with a 5-year survival rate of under 20%, mouse studies provide a helpful option to explore, and might make you the first to prove it in humans, too.

Perhaps, but lots of things cause (and cure) cancer in mice.I suspect many of the (mice) cancer cures don't work in humans because the FDA requires humans to undergo chemo first.
