The easiest way to solve this is to simply find out whether or not Matt Gaetz is a Freemason...and if RR is/isn't too.
If he/they is/are, it's a member thing. If he isn't, he was using a psychological ploy with the handshake...if he even knows what it means.
It could be an unconscious thing, like it was with me for many years.
