DOJ has this bulletproof shield. Start a BOGUS investigation, then claim that details that disclose it as bogus cannot be relased, on the grounds that principles preclude disclosing anything relating to ongoing investigations.

It would be easy to assume that Q only sleeps from 5 a.m. to 11 a.m., but that does not account at all for days without any posts at all. For some reason, I think Q is very often busy from 5-11.
