Not silly - he was alive at scene, reported deceased an hour after he was in hospital. Not likely alive but not impossible either IMO
I heard he was stable and improving in the hospital. Also that the doctor on call was told to stay away or something like that. The doctor later posted about it and said it was not normal hospital protocol.
