Well, pilots have access to cockpit. Flight attendants would have access to deliver meals & liquids to pilots. Do air marshals have access? Airline bigs? And apparently someone up to no good.

Right now I am confused. 2 different planes from 2 completely different locations.

Not sure if “access” necessarily means physical access. Could it mean electronic access?
IIRC there was speculation on 8ch that Tony Schwartz, who is CEO of some sort of electronics company, could have been testing some sort of jamming or control device. Not much would surprise me.
