Time is just a vector, along which you can travel in both directions.........…For God , yes, but we humans can never travel back in time. Yes, the dilation of time is real and we can move forward if we can learn to travel at the speed of light.
Please explain how you propose to travel backwards in time.

I am a time traveler.
You are a time traveler.
Every being on this planet is a time traveler.
We travel, 1 second forward, in unison.
Now, moving backward in time is done on a personal basis, and is done by remembering an event, a place, a being, a feeling, a smell, and is done non-corporeally. (Think Dickens’ A Christmas Carol, but without the guides).
At least, that’s how I’ve always thought of it.
