I have the C-SPAN hearing running in the background while multitasking. I must REALLY be missing something. The hearing is about ServerGate and how it was investigated.

I heard Comey - with my own ears - say that he would not be turning over the case to any prosecutor since 'no reasonable prosecutor' would take the case.

Yet today, there are many references to "the prosecutors" not taking into account the gross bias of the FBI investigators. The entire report talks about bias, yet that same report claims that the bias did not affect or influence the outcome of the conclusion that Hillary would not be prosecuted, but PROSECUTORS are being discussed.

So if Comey claims the investigation stopped with him, no prosecutor would be consulted, and Lynch agreed with Comey to NOT take the crime any further, WHAT AM I MISSING?

Was there indeed a criminal referral made to a prosecutor or not for the Hillary series of crimes?

You ARE probably missing something..as am I and probably umpteen dozen others here. It is confusing.

I tend to let others with more time, a keener ear and sharper mind break it down later. Not that you aren’t able to do that. We most all have life things to do. It will get sorted out soon.

There’s a pretty good line up of sharp hombres on the committee not the least of which are Jordan, DeSantis and Gaetz.

I did watch TG’s full interrogation this morning. As usual he was ON IT and fun to watch despite the gravity of what transpired with all this cow dung.

Trey has been oddly frustrating lately at times I’ll give you that, and I tend to thinks he’s holding out hope that his beloved law enforcement agencies really CAN’T be as bad as these hearings and IG report have conveyed. That’s why he hasn’t lowered the boom on them to date. Based on his impassioned opening statement about the rule of law and integrity of the enforcement side, it appears to me he’s up to HERE with the clown act and has had it. I think it’s almost personal with him now, and I hope he puts it in whistle gear going after these derps.

Go TG!

They say there is no *proof* that their (acknowledged) bias impacted their decisions ie memo explicitly stating “we love HRC so we’re shutting this down” ... Horowitz explained they have bias but no memo ... Except with regards to Strzok shifting to Russia investigation and Weiner laptop in which case they had “no confidence” bias wasn’t the reason. The IG is very careful and very exact in what they say + do & I think did a good job for such role.
