Here's a little thought. Watch Osucka's face when he mentions "colonialism". I know how he feels about colonialism from other readings. He seems to get a nasty look on his ugly face when he says the word.

I'm too lazy to go find the time of it on the video, but for anybody that is yet to watch it, keep your eyes peeled. I think it's kinda telling.

Okay. Dagummit. I had to down an entire cerveza just to watch that sh*t too many times to find what may be the part you refer to regarding his saying “colonialism.” Perhaps at 32:15?

As I watched the slo-mo, each time he stated something with which he seems to despise, he bites his bottom lip.

AND, only with the slo-mo did I observe the hand-thing. (BTW, my husband’s innuendo regarding that ^ was ROTFLMAO!)

I am now confused regarding this speech.

I watched it four years ago and specifically recall being appalled by odumbo’s comment, “...and for the international order that we have worked for generations to build. Ordinary men and women are too small-minded to govern their own affairs. The order and progress can only come when individuals surrender their rights to an all-powerful sovereign...”

So, somebody, please enlighten me.

That mention of colonialists is between 2:47 and 2:51 of the link here (thanks @Cboldt!), and yes he does the patented Omoeba stuttering "...uhhhhhh" right after the word "colonialists".
