I think the odds of Obamas appointments being invalidated after the fact are somewhere between o and .1 percent. I doubt that notion had anything to do with Hubers reappointment.
I’m hoping Trump uses that to invalidate things or just keep on steamrolling. However it gets to the “how do you defuse a bomb?” aspects of things. Take IG report as an example - they have to keep things “in check” lest anybody & everybody ever targeted by Strzok & Co. or others, etc., would cry foul and the courts would be run amuck with all kinds of legal challenges to who knows what. But it also gets to Hussein might even resort to claiming Kenyan citizenship to escape things ;)

I don’t think it is all that likely either. It was just one of the theories being floated. Some of the others related to non-disclosure agreements and such. Had to make sure he was deemed Trump’s appointee vs Obama’s. Can’t remember what the consensus was and Ianal so I have no idea which theory has the most merit. Just my recollection of what had been discussed.
