I agree 737 most likely not used for a trans pacific flight more likely a 767 777 0r 787 however I don’t really think it matters and people are way to focused on that detail for all we know the plane they are meeting could be in the image in the back up camera on the dash.

I looked at some 737 floor plans ...the bathroom seems to be in different positions, resulting in different window positions.

In order for that back up camera to be on, that car has to be in reverse and going back. At least that is the way mine works. So you could be right. They are backing up to get to a different plane.
