Everybody on this list is a government actor or advisor who is using private email address to conduct official business. So, SR in this context is not Seth Rich.

Note too, duplicate JC. One being James Comey.

I don't have an answer to who is AM, nor a suggestion for the second JC or SR. Just I think SR is bigger fish than Seth Rich.
