I don’t think that term was used, since it’s the first time (so they say) verbiage had been used legally to tie a written work to a suspect’s style.

Then there is the Shakespere/Bacon thing that's been around for quite a while.

Oh, yeah; I remember the Shakespeare - Bacon thing. One of those subjects we’d sit around discussing in college seminary. ;)
