I think it would impossible to tell the difference between a very good larp and an insider. Neither is going to have a perfect crystal ball.

I think most of the timing conclusions are imputed by the readers. Also, on "declassification," note there are two separate issues. One is removing redactions, the other is getting what Q refers to as #1, the report without RR/DOJ edits.

DeSantis called for the "original" (not RR/DOJ edited) report.

Don;t forget there is another DOJ/OIG report in the works, that one having to do with the FISA abuse and warrantless snooping.

Don;t forget there is another DOJ/OIG report in the works, that one having to do with the FISA abuse and warrantless snooping. There might be two more. Rosenstein agreed to have OIG investigate the spys placed in the Trump campaign when that story broke. The FISA stuff had already been underway for 3 or 4 months at that point, so the Spy Report might be separate from the FISA warrant fraud report.

I'm not sure, I'm speculating here on the dates, but I do remember that the OIG did pick up the Spy topic.
