This may be true; but, I’m starting to get an outside-the-box theory:
1) What if POTUS never wanted to prosecute very many of these crooks (beyond a few tokens like Strzok)?
2) The reasoning could ONLY be that Trump himself (the true political genius of his campaign) believes it is a VOTE LOSER ... as compared with continuing to counter-punch at the inept RATS.
Think about it: He is set to WIN 2018 and LANDSLIDE 2020. Why RISK giving the RATS another VICTIM CARD to play? Why not wait at least until SCOTUS is stacked, along with other courts?
According to Q, everything is a movie script.

Is REVENGE a LOSER move, politically? As much as Trump supporters CRAVE it, does it create a weakness by allowing the RATS to paint him as a vindictive bully??

Postpone the necessary prosecutions until after the 2020 election. This would explain everything, including the behavior of Rosenstein and Sessions.
POTUS is a BIG PICTURE man. He wants to protect the Rule of Law; but, is quite capable of using a deep strategy to accomplish it.
Agree...POTUS wants the mid-terms to be about peace and prosperity...not about a political “civil war”.
If things are good and relatively calm, outside of the common political “bickering”, then he has a chanc3 to turn the standard tide of midterm elections. If he throws a wrench into the common narrative of midterm elections, he becomes exceedingly powerful politically - and he takes effective control of the majority Republican Party...control which he has not had these first two years. He becomes very powerful politically if he changes the pattern of midterm outcomes.
And the Democrats big play has been disruption of the government, trying to make it fail and be unworkable...and use that to not energize their base but win back some heartland voters. This is what the insanity of their propaganda arm, the MSM, has been all about, creating a sense of chaos and need for change.
Trump is playing for peace and prosperity, the opposite of chaos, this is probably why he isnt pushing forward on prosecutions (which can be easily portrayed as persecutions) and the upheaval of clearing out the bureaucracy. He will be in a much more powerful position if Republicans win the midterms - especially inside the Party.
If all this Q stuff is true and building to arrests......
Does anyone really care if people like Strozk or even the next level people like Comey, Brennan and Rice are prosecuted??? Really people will only care if Obama, Bush, Hillary or maybe some Representative or Senator is prosecuted.
The more I have watched this the less I think that politicians are the real players. I think they are owned and we will not care if the real players are put in prison or their deep state government underlings because we do not know them or are invested in them.... BUT the way to save themselves is if the Obama and Hillary levels are arrested and the dem masses have a cow and riot or start a civil war, beyond that there is only deflection by major war, pandemic, economic collapse etc.
Which tells me that if big name politicians do get prosecuted they will be last and it will go from the bottom up so that by the time you get to big political elected officials past and present you will not care because tons of dirt will already be aired on these people in court. By then, time might have taken out a few of these problems on its own as some are not in great health. We are not going to see mass arrests of the dirty political players we know in some big show as it helps the cabal....nobody is going to riot for names people do not know. There is a responsibility to remain a stable Republic also on the leaders shoulders.
Either way there are still many pitfalls for the country from players that would try and deflect this ever happening if real.
Will ponder that. Am skeptical. I think POTUS realizes that the longer evil goes unchecked, unpunished, the worse it gets, the more damage it does. And, I think there’s several reasons we will do well in midterms and in 2020.
