Look at the paint job. It’s consistent with the scheme on AF1. So I’m voting for Q is thanking the Secret Service for keeping the president safe on his around-the-world peace mission.

I think AF1 has a blue top with (red or gold?) letters reading "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA".

Also, compare this to a known photo of Air Force One, to see size / shape / number of jet engines.
