Rep Weldon (of Able Danger fame), back in the 1990's, had legislation to civilianize satellite imaging, real time, to detect forest fires, etc., for firefighting response. It was a military technical capability handed off for civilian use that was designed to detect missile launches. SOMEONE knows the exact GPS coordinates of the recent plume and perhaps captured real-time imagining. A real False Flag or an interesting false narrative? The truth is out there.
Wonder if there is public imaging from the Washington State natural resources/forest management dept equivalent to monitor for forest fires in the area.
