I think Kim DotCom would fit that vocable while SR would not. And, yes, Pandas are bears. But, “bears” are not always Pandas.
Sorry to get down into the weeds, but since we strive for accuracy, Pandas are not bears. They are actually marsupials and closely related to raccoons. Though I agree they look more like bears.
