FF weather alert = Flash Flood weather alert, if you are going by the Govt. weather alert web site. Of course FF could also mean false flag Q has always used "FF" to mean "False Flag." Q is not going to change now. In this instance FF weather alert refers to conditions are ripe (WW) I.e. "World Wide", I.e. the "weather conditions" are conducive for some actors to pull a False Flag action somewhere in the world. It has nothing to do with real weather. . . Or flash floods.
