One comment, which may be massively obvious (apologies, if so), is that the reference to ‘weather’ report doesn’t literally mean this False Flag event will be weather related.
I take it to mean something large and distracting that doesn’t involve school shootings is going to happen to take the stink off of what’s coming down the pike.
A world capitol will likely be hit hard - either biologically or nuclear. That would be novel enough to lock up the media for at least a quarter.
