If I understand what you're saying, that RR is still doing his job per instructions from the Hussein White House, I agree that is basically what RR is doing. But I think the instructions came from further up the DS line than just BHO.
However, I read the Q as if RR was under some kind of agreement with PDJT to release unredacted documentation. I was thinking RR *said* to the President he would release the documents and then they turned out to be redacted to unreadability. And I do recall that PDJT told him to release the unredacted stuff to Nunes and Gowdy, which did not happen. And I may be dull-witted, but I can't see much difference in which WH Q means, its the decision by RR not to follow instructions from the duly elected lawful president that's brought him to this precipice. He's either got to release the info and face consequences OR he can refuse to release and face consequences.
Is it just me or does #FLY[RR]FLY# sound like consequences like flying out the window of a tall building?
Or RR is getting ready to take flight to exit the country.

I agree with your analysis, RR is a skunk caught in the middle of his own making. I’m thinking the ‘fly RR fly’ is saying fly like a birdie...the bird in a cage who doesn’t realize the door is open.
