To me that either means Fox M1 (missile) was taken out thus a “stolen takedown” or Fox M1 was stolen - take it down now. Frankly I think the former is more likely.

Gents - I’m of the belief that 380287 is a latitude and 3492719 is a longitude add a 1 to the 3492 and it reads 13492719 for Long. That lat and long is almost directly east of the DMZ in the middle of the Sea of Japan (East Sea) and would be right around any flight plan using a great circle from South Korea to the US.

Not sure about the rest of the numbers.

Since the Q post contains 'FOX' and there's a picture of some kind of missile launch I offer this: Fox is a brevity code used by NATO pilots to signal the simulated or actual release of an air-to-air munition or other combat function. via Wikipedia.

A stolen missile was launched - by bad actors? - and subsequently destroyed?
