As I understand it, there has been a controversy in the patriot community for many years, with the case being made that a gold fringed flag as seen in our courts is an admiralty flag, thus signifying we are under martial law.

Perhaps DJT is aware of the controversy and wants to assure Patriots who hold that belief, that this event was in no way under the admiralty designation. Just a thought. Really I have no idea why they were not fringed in NK, and were fringed in Canada.
Maybe he made a great deal from a flag factory for some non-fringed flags!
It looks like Cat was setting you up for a punchline and you took Cat seriously. It pretty obvious that Justin Trudeau STOLE all the fringe from our flags to use them for his eyebrows. When Trump got on the plane to NK and found out about the theft, he refused to sign off on the communicae (sp).
