Just won the Belmont. 13th Triple Crown winner, first undefeated winner since Seattle Slew in 1977.

Secretariat would beat them all.
I’d love to find a really good, accurate horse racing simulation and run the 13 of them, each in his Triple Crown year, over 1 1/4 at Churchill, 1 3/16 at Pimlico, and 1 1/2 at Belmont. See who wins.
My money is on Big Red.

Horse racing is so much better than the big popular team sports.
Yes, we have our warts (allowing sheikhs to run here, illegals on the backstretch, etc), but the athletes don’t kneel and they don’t gripe about not getting enough oats.
Plus they race all year, don’t quit for rough weather, and it’s quick and to the point, all for $5 to get in.
