Trace to Port (Security Clearance Profile (L5)).

Okay, can any of you intel types chime in on what "Security Clearnanance Profile (L5) might mean? Ransomnote says different departments have different profiles. One department, forget which she said, L5 has something to do with nuclear.

I think Long Beach, leased to the heathen Chinee, is a pipeline from China/MX (Mexico) into the U.S. for other things than just human trafficking, drugs, and other contraband. Maybe Q is telling us that nukes get in that way too?

Pelican Project? That sounds like a description of what we have been reading about that with Gulftainer and the small missiles possible seeded across the country in those shipping containers. Could Q be referring to that? [Chiming in with you here on this question.]
