I see 5 possibilities:

Suicide for personal reasons;
Suicide because he was about to be exposed;
Ordered to commit suicide by the Global Pedophile Network because he was perceived as a weak link;
Eliminated by the Global Pedophile Network and made to look like suicide;
Eliminated by the White Hats because he is not part of the 20% that will be brought to trial.
