FWIW, when Tucson began breaking, one of our Arizona FReepers was reporting that even though the Mayor has an unfortunate name, at least at the time, he was doing the right things.... of course things could have changed.
Just saying perhaps we should not tar and feather the guy JUST on the basis of his name. If he behaves like a black hat, well then Katy bar the door!

I am intrigued that somebody posted about Tucson last year. My impression was that the VOP folks got a tip just like how “Q” things are ultimately open sourced through rhetorical questions. Will see - but it’s definitely a human skull - on the surface, it appeared, in the video ref’d above; dead bodies would not be expected in abundance, there - inevitably it’s a station of some sort, victims of trafficking, regardless of purpose, isn’t satisfied by the victims dying at their camp in the desert.
