I’ve actually been wondering about the uses for cement in the skullduggery context. I could not have come up with this on my own.
So do they actually pack cement around contraband goods, like missiles? Are they involved in live human trafficking? I’m having a hard time seeing how that would work. Not gainsaying it, but just not able to envision the criminal evil mechanisms involved.
This whole CEMEX misuse of cement thing - along with purported use of blood and bio products, seems to be a big refinement of that old Mafia practice of just dumping a body into a construction site hole and filing it in with concrete.
I don't think they actually do that, I think they secret the containers with the contraband goods in amongst cement or concrete goods that are containerized.
I think Jimmy Hoffa ended up as part of a large project using large amounts of cement.
Was looking at some other stuff and came across some Cindy McCain comments. She seems to think Indians traffic their kids. What a nut job.

In his opening remarks, John McCain characterized human trafficking on reservations as “rampant.” He condemned “websites like Backpage.com,” alleging that they are “knowingly exploiting Native Americans and Alaska natives.” And he thanked his Senate colleagues for hammering out SESTA “to hold online traffickers accountable for their crimes.”
Cindy McCain, too, linked Backpage to unchecked human trafficking on Indian reservations.
“Because of their exotic beauty, Native girls are also sold for a very high price on websites like Backpage.com,” she testified.
American Indian girls and women are “all too often trafficked by their own relatives,” she said. And the prevalence of Indian gaming and “urbanizing tribes” have only served to make matters worse.
