The NY Giants and the NY Jets should do the same thing. Scrap try outs. Set aside 20% of starting positions for people who are out of shape and have never played football.I can't jump. I can't play defense. I'm slow. But I can hit 85% of my free throws. 60% from 18 feet. As long as I'm not guarded.
