~~~ Jerome Corse was on vacay this week. He travelled to Malibu to enjoy a relaxing day at the beach. After the Coast Guard towed him back to shore, he told reporters he had no idea why beachgoers, PETA, and Greenpeace rolled him back into the water.

Sudden Rise In Global Sea Level Due To Climate Change
June 2, 2018NOAA — Oceanographers and Climate Scientists we’re both shocked and gleeful this week when reports around the globe finally reported what they’ve been anticipating for years. An expected, although not quite so rapid, increase in sea levels was noted at NOAA and other locations around the world this Saturday morning.
"There was a distinct increase in the average sea level noted at every station around the globe," said Dr. I. M. Warmer, a noted expert on Climate Change. "It was almost as if a large amount of . . . some melted ice, perhaps a huge ice berg broke off Antarctica. . . something . . . was instantly and suddenly added to the global water supply."
A Climate Change denier scoffed at Warmer’s claims, pointing out that a timed graph of the rise in sea levels at each station shows the additional increase seems to have an epicenter near Malibu, California, and a subsea quake may be a more likely explanation. Dr. Warmer was quick to counter that no Seismic activity has been reported in that area, but then suggested that an unknown ice mass near Malibu May be a more likely cause to account for the timing data given the unrelenting warming of the earth in that area due to all the Southern California SUVs.
(Revised) Climatologists were somewhat perplexed and disappointed when later the sea level returned to normal levels shortly after the sudden spike upward. Dr. Warmer stated "This is more proof of Climate Change. . . that’s why we call it that. Or maybe it was one of those rogue waves."
