We are witnessing Last Day's total manifestation of evil!
God is omnipotent, all,powerful, and all capable of doing that. God is, was, and will be everywhere, and saw, does, and will see everything, and has a perfect memory of what is, was, and will be, so of course He can see and experience everything and anything He wishes including the deepest Emotions, fears, hidden desires, and thoughts, even those we hide from ourselves of any event.
But, Jocko, man and his agencies and his tools and his abilities are not God’s and never will be nor can they be in this world. To think so is to accept Satan’s lies that man can be like God, that man can be God, that man can replace God. Perhaps when we are with God in the next World, we will share with him some fraction more of those Godlike powers He May see fit to bestow upon us. But that will be his grace not ours.
We all may be a dream that God is experiencing. . . Less than a conscious thought of His, for all we know.

True. True. I mostly agree. Yet, you probably expect me to ‘think outside the box’ of conventional constructions on reality. LOL.

Another wise person once told me that we are all, each of us, experimental forms of God. I have this sense that somehow, someway, God incorporates all of our experiences into its own.
