Not really, unless she's been eating human flesh. . . and the only real diagnosis comes on autopsy. The late stage symptoms are indistinguishable from late stage syphilis, late stage lime disease, late stage dementia, and the late stage of many other diseases that impact the central nervous system. Ergo, there is no way for EyeTheSpy to know that as a fact.

There were sources before Eye the Spy appeared. We don't yet know what was on Weiner's laptop that caused 50 NYC cops to puke their guts out, and led to at least one of them getting assassinated.
