I don’t know who wrote that list, but considering some of the stuff on there, I don’t trust any of it unless there is corroboration from trustworthy sources or news/events proving truth.
Regarding HRC and BHO, Trump values law and order, real justice. Q has said NO DEALS.
I think the writer of the list is speculating, and presenting it as fact.
The implication is not that HRC and BH0 will go free. The implication is that instead of going to prison they will be hung or face a firing squad or something similar.
That’s what is meant by “head will roll”.
In the tweets, those two names were always followed by skull and crossbones symbols.
