Whenever Rush gets the opportunity to have as a caller someone underage, he treats the caller pretty graciously and generally talks to them on an adult level. Rush always takes great delight in the young ones calling.

And he wrote all the Rush Revere books for kids, too. (My mom bought all of them for my grandson recently.)

Rush likes kids.

I believe that Rush is firmly on our side. I do not think that he is establishment. He is an entertainer, a news disperser and a educator in the cause of Conservatism and Americanism. That said, that does not mean we are robots. I am sick and tired of Republicans losing sight of the fact, that we are not Democrats.

We should be able to tolerate views not our own, but within the Conservative, right-wing, whatever you want to call it. After all Rush might have pushed Romney but he did not endorse a Democrat.

There has never been a person alive that I have ever completely agreed with. I look for most in common views and go from there.

As for children.... The rats use kids. I do not think it is necessary to fawn over children. I neither like them or dislike them. I think they should be protected from evil. What little I know of the underside, absolutely breaks my heart. Most of the time it is in some way the parents fault, whether intentional or not. Abuse and neglect. It becomes a "family" tradition. Aided and abetted by the government. The government broke up the family. The government mandated public school indoctrination. The government decides how you can discipline your child. The government decides what inoculations your child has.

The upshot is, they want your kids, so they can be their slaves.

Whether or not Rush has a fondness for kids, the last thing any responsible adult does is to turn away a child seeking knowledge. Unfortunately the left is after your kids. The right is not.
