I proffered a theory on some thread this last week. It was revealed that Brennan was the guy who showed the "pee pee dossier" to Obama. My theory was that Brennan showed this to Obama because he knows Obama is a thin skinned little child, and when he heard that Trump had (allegedly) hired prostitutes to piss in a bed that Obama and Michelle had slept in, He was going to get all "wee wee'd up."
Brennan calculated that Little man-child Obama would be so furious that he was disrespected, that he would grant any authorization necessary to take down Trump.
In other words, Brennan deliberately played Obama for the fool that he is. I think this is how Brennan got Obama to issue that order described in the linked article above.
They wouldn’t dare even charge Obama. Every major city would burn to the ground.

Nope. Nothing can be done about it except just uncover it and let him suffer in the court of public opinion. I suppose that one could indict him and prosecute him for it but they have a very very high hurtle and are unlikely to do so.
And if so, then nobody in the administrations team will ever be prosecuted. They will have blanket immunity unless they can be linked to the death of somebody or an actual criminal crime like embezzlement, theft et al.

No I think we can still save the Republic without sending Obama to jail — though I pray that’s the outcome.
But we certainly must utterly destroy Obama’s reputation and self-respect in the eyes of most Americans. We are well on our way to doing just that.
