This is huge. I know from first hand experience how hard it is to terminate worthless government employees (County). Anything that makes it easier is great. Maybe this will counter that Obama trick he pulled on us when he stacked the Federal bureaucracy with permanent left wing squatters. What was it called? SES or something?
