Well, I think that she is a she who does not have particularly good fashion sense and wears a maxi pad at the same time as a tight dress. There is a bumpy stub and the result is everyone speculates that the pad is a package.

Part of the problem is contrast. She looks masculine and Wookyish because her husband is a limp wristed effeminate. Perhaps his choom gagging over the years depleted his testosterone.
