If you do a search on NEXRAD locations and then do another search on “USA weather map” you will see circular storms centered on the NEXRAD radars. They are not just watching the weather, they are making it.
There are TONS of weather radar maps out there where you can observe this phenomenon.
I am now convinced that the DS has been affecting the weather. Not completely controlling it, but they are able to give it a boost. Sometimes they can create disasters. I’m not sure of the purpose, though. Certainly, if you know what the weather is going to be, you can make a profit in the futures market, and probably some stocks. But what else do they use it for? It is a big factor in military operations.

Did you know that there was NEVER a hole in the ozone over Antarctica until we got satellites in place to start observing it. NEVER, ever, ever!!! The satellites caused it!!! Don't ya know?
Maybe the NEXRAD radars were placed where they are deliberately to observe "circular storms" (is there some other kind) because those places are where "circular storms" predominate.
If it were possible, and I had control over making the weather, I'd make it rain and hail on every commie Democrat in the USA, just so they would perpetually look like someone just rained on their parade.
