What if the rot goes so deep there is no one to take the fall without implicating the rest? That is probably why we’re seeing frantic desperation. None of them are safe. They burned their cut-outs, such as Strozk/Page, early on. People were fired, resigned, quit, outted themselves or were outted by their underlings. The putative outsiders, who were actually contractors to the coup-masters, have been exposed.
