Joe DiGenova advises that John Brennan has been criminally referred to the US Attorney.
Good news...
A Muslim morally allowed by his religion to lie.
I watched the whole tape again, and I think Joe just means that Brennan will get indicted.
The OIGs, as far as I know, are constrained to investigate only active employees of a specific department. The OIGs have no subpoena or investigative power over any person or document that is outside the jurisdiction of that specific department.
Perhaps the Department of Justice OIG uncovered evidence about Brennan during the investigation and turned it over to other Executive or Congressional authorities?

I didn't hear Utah U.S. Attorney John Huber's name mentioned on the video.
In any event, if Brennan committed a crime as CIA Director, it would be prosecuted in Washington D.C.
By the way, I think most Freepers don't realize that John Huber was originally appointed by Obama - and fired by Trump.
Then, RINO Utah Senator Orrin Hatch convinced Trump to retain John Huber as U.S. Attorney.
Then, Jeff Sessions appointed Huber to assist the Department of Justice Inspector General in the investigation of political corruption at the FBI.
The Left Wing political website “The Hill” describes John Huber as a “no-nonsense prosecutor.”

If Brennan goes to a Grand Jury, they better search him for a vest. That’s how they roll.
Actually, no, I’m not that clueless. Huber may be in Utah, but there is no venue there for this investigation.

All his hateful comments to the President will be used against him in a court of law. Same with Comey.
