I don't think Hogg's remark is either premonition or inside information. I bet there are literally tens of thousands of people who obsess over school shootings every day. And voila, one day the "prediction" comes true.

There is a video of a guy claiming he is going to flip a coin "heads" ten times in a row, and then proceeds to do so. People were amazed! What are the odds?

Good point. Hogg probably says the same thing multiple times a day, every day. Eventually it will come true. It did.
