My best friends husband if from Iran. He still has family there. Very nervous about what happening. Persian with ties to shah. Most of his family have green cards and visit. Very well educated. Sister can wait the get here to take head scarf off. They are constantly looking around to see if they are being watched. Sad His mother is elderly and can’t travel.
Please pray for their safety too.

Iran has a population that desires freedom and a return to the modern world...a significant proportion of it anyway. If not for the large number of tyranny-loving leftists, who dominated the government and media here in recent years, they might have their liberation already. I hope Trump and his team can force the issue and help them achieve it. Europe is no friend, and will not help. But fortunately they are relatively weak.
