She seems to lurch back and forth between looking pretty good and looking like she’s on death’s doorstep. I thought she looked good during the debates. Well made up, etc. (Still evil, but not haggard or old beyond her years.)
Pre-2107 I assumed that whenever she disappeared for a while, that she was having plastic surgery. Now I’m wondering if there was something more nefarious going on. It’s hard to believe that it’s the same person.
Some have speculated about body doubles, but I also find it hard to believe that you could find someone who resembles her that closely except from a distance.
Her butt size seems to change drastically in too short a time to be the result of overeating or dieting.
And what’s up with the back brace or whatever the huge contraption is that she is trying to hide under her clothes lately?
Just my observations/opinions.

Take a look at the videos on YT from very talented makeup artists. They can do magic. There’s an Eastern European guy who totally transforms women in just an hour. Amazing!
Hair is probably wigs/extensions, but the products and techniques available to professional hairdressers are transformative for anyone willing to spend the time on them.
Short-term results from various treatments and fillers is amazing, too. Again, there are people on YT touting all sorts of instant/short-term illusions.
I don’t rule out full face lifts, either, but I have a friend over 90 who spends a couple of hours a day on her appearance and she looks close to what she did at 55.
The weight could be the result of drastic short-term dieting and those full-body undergarments (Spanx). Some people say they wear 2 pairs of the full body Spanx at once. Also, there is a lot to be said for custom tailoring. My grandmother was an old-country tailor who could work miracles with strategic darts and tucks, some hidden within linings.
Spark in the eye could be drugs.
Oprah is another person whose appearance changes drastically from day-to-day. It’s Hollywood’s stock-in-trade.
