.380 versus .32? What models? Also, best ammo. Looking for best combination of stopping power, accuracy and recoil. Not looking for this to be primary concealed carry weapon.
I’ve never had a FTF or FTE with the Bersa. I had an LCP before the boating accident and never liked it. Reliability also includes the chance of hitting the target IMO.
Diffferent strokes, I guess.
My daughter is a cop.
Then your daughter doesn’t know TX law on concealed carry. I can carry concealed without a holster in any pocket. For open carry you must have a holster, you can’t just stick it in a pocket leaving any part exposed. For pocket carry there are no such requirements.
I just found a multi-gun comparison test of several candidate guns for carry from Guns and Ammo (online), with 93 comments at the end. Very informative.

I meant to address my preceding post to you, dirtboy.
Bersa 380
An eight shot 22 magnum revolver is also a good cary. Taurus makes a nice nickeled one but I had to replace the trigger/hammer spring to make it better for accuracy.
The Bersa 32acp is the top of the line that is affordable. Looks just like a Walther PPK. ... Confession: I carry the CZ82 in Makarov caliber (9x18). Best production trigger ever.
Well and truly stated.
The nice thing about revolvers is they never jam - 22 mags are nice rounds - since I often wear T-shirts, I prefer the smaller semi-autos for a smaller profile but I do like the couple revolvers I have.
